John Allen Stogner is giving North Alabama a steady, veteran right arm
In the 2026 season, John Allen Stogner has been a dependable veteran presence for North Alabama, highlighted by a five-inning shutout win over Southern Indiana with just two hits allowed and two strikeouts. He’s a fifth-year right-hander who works in the zone, competes, and has shown he can handle both starting and closing duty. What stands out beyond the box score: he brings maturity, academic excellence, and a blue-collar, team-first profile that fits programs needing a composed, strike-throwing arm rather than a pure velocity headline.
