Darqueze Brutton brings quick-slot juice to Grambling's WR room
Brutton is a compact, experienced Grambling State receiver who has grown steadily in size and role across multiple seasons, suggesting durability and buy-in to the program's development path. At 5'7" and 178 pounds in 2021, he profiles as a quick, low-center-of-gravity target who can work space underneath and add value with toughness rather than pure size. There are no current season stats in the provided roster data, so the best read is that he is a depth-to-rotation option whose fit depends on valuing short-area quickness, consistency, and experience over prototype measurables.
