Gardner-Webb’s young LB to watch in a physical Big South-OVC front
Chauncey Marshall is a Gardner-Webb linebacker worth monitoring because the profile points to a developmental defender in a program that leans on physical, assignment-sound football; however, the available public sources do not show meaningful stat production yet, so his current value is more about projection, roster upside, and special-teams or depth potential than proven box-score impact. That means he fits best for a team looking for toughness, coachability, and long-term linebacker development rather than an immediate headline producer.
