In the 2025 high school season, Reilarean Phillips looked like a disruptive, sideline-to-sideline linebacker: Tulsa listed him at 6-foot-2, 190 pounds, and credited him with 90 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, two blocked kicks, an interception, and a blocked-kick touchdown as a senior. He was rated a three-star prospect and the No. 158 linebacker nationally by one Tulsa release, while recruiting coverage described him as a hard-hitting defender with versatile impact and 18 Division I offers. He looks like a strong fit for a defense that wants rangy, physical, high-motor playmakers.
