VJ Holmes brings elite athleticism and versatility to Northern Colorado's edge
Vincent (VJ) Holmes profiles as a high-upside defensive end with the kind of speed and multi-sport athleticism that can disrupt plays off the edge, and his recruiting pedigree underscores real developmental ceiling. Reliable public data on his current college production is limited, so the biggest selling point is projection: a player who looks built to win with burst, range, and versatility rather than pure bulk. If you want a front-seven piece with upside and room to grow, he is the kind of fit worth betting on.
