Mikhail McLean Brings Houston-Style Toughness, Leadership, and Two-Way Reliability
McLean is a proven Houston veteran who stood out as a four-year letterwinner, team captain, and a 101-game contributor, which signals trust, consistency, and a high basketball IQ rather than empty flash. He is best valued for his toughness, defensive awareness, and steady two-way presence, with Houston’s staff history suggesting he fit the Cougars’ hard-nosed culture well. He’s the kind of forward who can raise a roster’s intensity and accountability, especially for teams that want a reliable, competitive locker-room piece.
