Steady Sharpshooter with Late-Season Surge at NIU, Now Loyola Rambler
Tony Nixon, a guard for Loyola Chicago Ramblers, brings reliable bench scoring with career averages of 4.3 PPG, 1.8 RPG, and 35.8% FG in his rookie year, highlighted by a 16-point outburst with 4 threes vs. Tennessee State. His differentiator shines in clutch moments—averaging 9.9 PPG on 42.3% from deep over NIU's final eight games (pre-transfer)—plus resilience after a 2012-13 stress injury sidelined him early. Intense competitor with smooth shooting stroke; perfect fit for teams needing spark-plug depth and proven recovery grit.
