South Carolina State DB with Ball-Hawking Upside
Kendall Moultrie, a defensive back for the South Carolina State Bulldogs, brings length, coverage instincts, and a ball-hawking trait highlighted by at least one interception in his collegiate career, though his tackle and pass-defense numbers remain modest. While his official stats are limited, his high school film and recruiting profile suggest a physical, aggressive corner with the ability to mirror receivers and play through contact. He projects best for programs valuing raw coverage talent, developmental upside, and special-teams versatility over proven production.
