Titus Howard flashes ball-hawking upside for Appalachian State
Titus Howard is a defensive back who stands out for closing speed, range, and the ability to recover in coverage, with official Appalachian State notes highlighting a play where he made up ground to break up a deep pass. He looks like the kind of DB coaches trust because he can erase mistakes late and compete hard on the back end, but public stat detail on his current Appalachian State production is limited, so the real takeaway is his coverage instincts and play-making burst rather than flashy counting numbers.
