WVU Tackles Leader Lee Kpogba Brings Production and Tone-Setting Physicality at Linebacker
Lee Kpogba is a proven run defender who led West Virginia in tackles, including 97 tackles in 2024 after another team-leading tackle season in 2023, and he pairs that volume with impact plays such as sacks, tackles for loss, and a forced fumble.[1][4] His value goes beyond numbers: sources consistently frame him as one of WVU’s most reliable defensive constants, making him a fit for teams that want a high-motor linebacker who diagnoses quickly and finishes plays.[1][2][4]
