Antonio Ducatelli is CCSU’s lefty bat with gap power and run-production upside
In the 2025 season, Antonio Ducatelli broke out for Central Connecticut by hitting .348 with 49 hits, 12 doubles, 4 home runs, 48 RBIs, 49 runs, and a .997 OPS, then followed in 2026 with a .294 average, 4 homers, 37 RBIs, 38 runs, and 6 steals across 44 games. He stands out as a left-handed outfielder who can hit for average, drive the ball for extra bases, and move well enough to chip in on the bases. One scouting note describes him as solid defensively, a good runner, and a hitter with both contact skill and pop—exactly the kind of balanced, high-utility bat a lineup loves.
