Lefty Depth Piece with Strike-Throwing Upside at Saint Joseph’s
Franks is a 5-foot-10, 183-pound left-handed pitcher for Saint Joseph’s who brings bullpen flexibility and developmental upside, but his current college production has been uneven, with a 10.80 ERA and 3 strikeouts in 5.0 innings in 2026. He’s worth watching for teams that value a southpaw arm with room to grow, especially since his college roster bio notes he came from a championship high school program and earned local recognition before arriving on Hawk Hill. Right now, he looks more like a projectable fit than an immediate impact arm.
