Gracie Britton brings SEC-ready contact skill and local-star upside to Mizzou
Britton entered Missouri as a highly decorated Southern Boone standout and has already shown she can hit at the college level, batting .300 with a .533 slugging percentage in Missouri’s 2026 season stats as of May 2, 2026, while also earning a chance to catch and play infield for the Tigers.[1][6][10] Her differentiators are advanced bat-to-ball ability, gap power, versatility, and early confidence—she homered and collected three hits in Missouri’s Black and Gold Scrimmage, then opened spring camp with a first-at-bat single in her first career action.[2][5][6]
