a sturdy, battle-tested Murray State QB with real passing volume
Jayden Stinson brings a compact, experienced quarterback profile to Murray State: in the 2022 season he started eight games and threw for 1,385 yards and 9 touchdowns, and in the 2023 season he added a breakout spot-duty stretch with 273 passing yards and 2 TDs in limited action, plus a 245-yard, 2-TD relief showing when injuries hit the depth chart[5][6]. He looks like a fit for teams that value poise, familiarity with the offense, and a quarterback who can keep the train on the tracks rather than chase fireworks. The catch: his production has been uneven, so the appeal is more “reliable competitor” than “slam-dunk star.”
