Owosso native with a strong leg and all-around athletic background
Sean Dutcher is a freshman kicker for Eastern Michigan from Owosso, Michigan, and his profile points to a multi-sport athlete with good athletic carryover rather than a one-trick specialist. In Eastern Michigan’s 2006 roster notes, he was credited with a 38-yard and a 42-yard field goal in the spring game and earned second-team All-Big 9 honors as a senior kicker, which hints at leg strength and competitive poise. He’s the kind of fit who can quietly win hidden yardage battles if his consistency translates.
