Deatra Connolly brings veteran Highlander grit and academic polish
Deatra Connolly is listed in UC Riverside women’s basketball history as a Highlander from 1998-02, and the strongest reliable note on her profile is that she earned Big West All-Academic recognition as a senior in the 2001-02 season[1][2]. That combination points to a player whose value went beyond box-score flash: dependable, disciplined, and team-first, with the kind of maturity coaches love when they want steady frontcourt presence and a locker-room tone-setter[2].
