UConn's 2003 #1 Recruit & 2026 Ohio Basketball Hall of Famer
Brittany Hunter, the Parade National Player of the Year and #1-ranked prospect in 2003, brought elite high school double-doubles and McDonald's All-American pedigree to UConn (2004-07), where as a senior she started 24 of 30 games, averaged 5.5 ppg and 3.3 rpg, and powered the Huskies to the NCAA Final Four and BIG EAST title—showcasing her versatile 6-3 F/C frame, shot-blocking prowess (33 blocks in 27 freshman games at Duke), and championship intensity. A proven winner with post grit and leadership, she's now an assistant coach at Temple, embodying the pedigree any team covets.
