Experienced MVSU linebacker with a gritty, tackle-first profile
Kaman Cooper is a veteran Mississippi Valley State linebacker whose value comes more from experience, physicality, and steadiness than flashy stat production; ESPN lists him as MVSU’s No. 7 linebacker, while his earlier high school résumé included 88 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and an interception at Warner Robins. He looks like a fit for a team that wants a disciplined, downhill linebacker who can bring toughness, communicate on defense, and handle contact, even if the current stat line does not yet show big play numbers.
