Veteran-leaning Montana State guard with D1 roots and a trainer’s mind
Casey Trujeque is listed as a Montana State guard and has a genuine college-basketball background, including a 2010-11 game where he scored 8 points with 3 assists against Iowa State. He stands out less as a pure stat sheet star and more as a basketball thinker: sources describe him as an All-American nominee, a Division I athlete, and a longtime skills trainer known for blending mechanics with sports psychology. That profile suggests a player with IQ, toughness, and developmental upside — the kind of fit teams value for leadership, detail, and edge.
