Temple DE Cameron Jones brings size and depth, but needs a breakout season
At 6-5 and 250 pounds, Cameron Jones profiles as a long, physical edge defender who is still early in his Temple career and is listed as a redshirt sophomore competing at defensive end in 2026; Temple notes he added depth at DE in 2025, and his game log shows limited production so far, so the appeal is upside and frame rather than proven disruption. He looks like a developmental fit for a staff that values length, effort, and moldable traits over instant stats.
