Clayton Hodges brings gap power, speed, and clutch JU outfield energy
In the 2026 season, Jacksonville’s Clayton Hodges showed efficient, opportunistic production in limited action: .429 with 3 hits in 7 at-bats, 3 runs, a triple, and a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage. He’s more than a box-score guy, though—the profile that stands out is a right-handed bat with real athleticism, top-end speed, and outfield range, plus a history of coming through in big moments with walk-off hits and stolen bases. If you want an older, versatile, high-IQ outfielder who can add juice, pressure defenses, and handle the grass, he’s a solid fit.
