Candi White brings Texas Tech’s point-guard DNA with veteran poise and leadership
In the 2026 season, Candi White is best known as the former Texas Tech point guard who helped lead the Lady Raiders to 45 wins over two seasons, starting all 64 games and piling up 249 assists and 87 steals — a clean snapshot of a true floor general.[4] Her differentiator is feel: quick decision-making, defensive activity, and the kind of steady leadership that translates well to a team needing pace, toughness, and organization. If the fit is about culture, control, and someone who sets the tone, she checks those boxes in a very Texas Tech way.[4]
