Eric Leak is not an active NC State WR—he’s a former Wolfpack receiver with a checkered postplaying profile
Eric Leak played wide receiver for NC State from 1997-2000, but he is not a current team member; recent reporting centers on legal and campus-disassociation issues rather than on-field production. If you’re evaluating him as a football fit, there’s no modern performance case to make—what stands out is his former Wolfpack connection and the strong institutional separation NC State has maintained. For roster-building, he is not a relevant playing candidate; for historical context, his name lives more in headlines than stat sheets.
