Daniel Bass brings senior right-arm experience and swing-and-miss upside to Tarleton
Bass is a senior right-handed pitcher for Tarleton State in the 2026 season, and his profile screams “experienced arm with real strikeout bite.” In 2024 at Midland College, he logged 89 strikeouts in 80.2 innings with two complete games, and Tarleton labeled him a projected starter this season after he transferred in from Texas Tech. The early 2026 results have been bumpy, including a rough outing against Arkansas, so the fit is more “high-upside innings-eater” than finished product. If you need toughness, starter’s mileage, and a power arm that can miss bats, he’s worth a serious look.
