Collie wrapped up his college career at BYU in 2018 after three productive seasons at Hawaii (2015-2017), where he hauled in 118 receptions for 1,300 yards and 9 touchdowns across 39 games. The 6-foot-plus wide receiver averaged 9.8 yards per catch and led Hawaii in receptions during his junior year with 56 catches for 636 yards.
