the Governors’ all-around guard with a scorer’s touch and playmaker’s instincts
Wesley Channels is best known as a steady, do-everything Austin Peay guard who, in his collegiate career, paired scoring punch with real floor-general value: 1,700 career points, 312 assists, and 164 steals, while also hitting 226 threes and shooting 77.6% from the line. He wasn’t just a volume scorer—he was a two-time All-OVC selection and an all-around engine who could create, defend, and deliver in big moments. If you want a guard who impacts both the box score and the flow of the game, he’s the kind of player coaches love.
