Jamaal Perkins brings verified speed, veteran savvy, and return-game pop to Northern Arizona
Jamaal Perkins is a 5-foot-9, 185-pound redshirt sophomore RB for Northern Arizona, and the clearest documented edge in his profile is explosiveness: he was listed by NAU with a 10.9 100m background, and his early NAU career has already shown big-play juice on special teams, including 285 kickoff-return yards in 2011 and a 99-yard return score in his college stat line.[4][15] He’s the kind of back who can change field position in a flash, but his size suggests he fits best in a role that values burst, toughness, and versatility over pure workhorse volume.[4]
