Army's Resilient Guard Captain with Heart and Hustle
Maxwell Lenox, Army West Point's inspirational guard and 2012 Patriot League All-Rookie, earned 52 assists (third on team) with a stellar 2.0 assist-to-turnover ratio in the 2015-16 season while playing all 31 games off the bench; his differentiator is an unbreakable spirit forged from a unique upbringing by two white gay fathers after being born to a crack-addicted mother, turning personal adversity into leadership intensity. Care about him for his clutch playmaking and warrior mentality—perfect fit for teams valuing grit over flash.
