VCU veteran David Hinton brings size, experience, and steady frontcourt depth
David Hinton is a seasoned VCU forward whose value comes less from eye-popping numbers and more from reliability, length, and program familiarity; ESPN lists him at 6-foot-8 and notes his 2025-26 production at 0.5 points and 0.5 rebounds per game, while VCU’s own roster and alumni coverage show a long, multi-year Rams career that included 75 games and later earned institutional recognition. He looks like a fit for teams needing mature depth, defensive-minded size, and a low-drama locker-room presence rather than a high-usage scorer.
