Towering 6'4" 285lb Idaho State OL with Elite Power Lifting Numbers
Cody Abbott, a 6'4", 285lb offensive lineman for the Idaho State Bengals, stands out with impressive strength metrics including a 285lb bench, 405lb squat, 460lb deadlift, and 275lb clean, paired with a solid 5.3 40-yard dash and 23" vertical[1]. A Meridian High School (ID) alum, his raw power and size make him a dominant guard prospect ideal for run-heavy schemes needing physicality in the trenches[2]. No notable injury history; his differentiator is brute force over agility, perfect fit for teams seeking a mauler to control the line—watch him anchor ISU's front in 2026.
