Hampton Pirates LB with Proven Tackling Pedigree and All-State Upside
Javeon Brigham, a 5-10, 195-pound freshman linebacker for the Hampton Pirates in the 2013 season, brings explosive intensity and sideline-to-sideline speed that make him a disruptive force against the run—ideal for FCS programs needing gritty, high-motor defenders. His compact frame belies elite tackling efficiency, and recent high school standouts like First Team All-State Athlete honors in 2023 highlight his versatility from football and baseball, suggesting untapped athleticism.
