steady veteran guard who brings poise, defense, and smart minutes
Laura Carrasco is a Madrid-born Robert Morris guard whose value has been built on reliability, not flash. In the 2020-21 season, she appeared in 16 games and averaged 2.3 points, 1.0 rebounds, and 1.1 assists in 12.2 minutes per game, while shooting a strong 87.5% from the free-throw line; earlier in her career, she showed a little more scoring punch in 2019-20 with 6.5 points per game over six games. Her profile suggests a composed, team-first backcourt piece: low-turnover, capable of running offense in short bursts, and the kind of guard coaches trust when they want structure over chaos.
