Cody Underwood brings two-way value and upside for Lipscomb
Underwood is a right-handed pitcher/infielder for Lipscomb who already showed he can matter in multiple ways: in the 2026 season he logged innings on the mound, and Lipscomb’s 2026 roster listed him at 6-foot-2, 185 pounds with a right/right profile. His biggest differentiator is roster flexibility — the kind of player who can help you on both sides of the ball — plus a strong local foundation from Page High School and clear buy-in to the program’s culture. If a team wants a tough, versatile competitor with room to keep growing, he’s a very intriguing fit.
