Colby McClinton is a middle-infield bat-first spark plug for Fullerton
In the 2026 season, Colby McClinton has been one of Cal State Fullerton’s most dangerous run producers, hitting .406 with 9 home runs, 42 RBI, and 14 doubles while starting all 56 games at second base. She brings a legit extra-base threat, plus speed and timing on the bases, and her back-to-back Big West weekly honors show she can take over a series when locked in. She looks like a high-energy, dependable fit for a team that wants an infield cornerstone with pop, consistency, and a little bit of chaos in the best way.
