Larry Gurganious gives UC Riverside a steady two-way guard presence
In the 2025-26 season, Larry Gurganious has been a reliable rotation guard for UC Riverside, averaging 3.5 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 0.9 assists while shooting 44.0% from the field and playing 29 games. He fits as a low-usage, steady connector who can contribute on the glass and defend without forcing shots, and UC Riverside’s official bio shows he has also flashed scoring upside with a career-high 21 points and three steals in a game, suggesting a guard who brings toughness and opportunistic impact more than headline stats.
