UTEP linebacker Jason McQuay brings proven tackling production and ball skills
Jason McQuay is a steady, assignment-sound **UTEP linebacker** whose current production shows reliable tackling and playmaking instincts, with **21 solo tackles and 1 interception** listed by ESPN. He stands out more for feel and timing than flash, which matters for a team looking for a defender who can fit in quickly, diagnose plays, and contribute in coverage. The available public data does not show a sack or forced fumble yet, so his value appears tied to consistency, discipline, and football IQ rather than pure disruption.
