Wyatt Sandford brings veteran, academic-minded punch to Montana’s retooled O-line
Wyatt Sandford enters the 2026 season at Montana as a fifth-year offensive lineman with a strong résumé and a clear selling point: dependable, veteran consistency. In 2025 at Carroll College, he started all 10 games, earned First Team All-Frontier Conference-West honors, and helped an offense allow just 31 sacks while he reportedly gave up only two sacks himself; he also carries a 3.79 GPA and was named an Academic All-American. The Grizzlies brought him in to add experience and stability up front, which makes him a smart fit if you want a steady, high-floor OL rather than a flashy headline-grabber.
