Ted Crass Brings Little Rock DNA and Steady Backcourt Energy
Crass is a Little Rock native and former Trojan guard who now brings rare program familiarity, toughness, and continuity to the Arkansas-Little Rock staff; he has played, managed, and coached in the system, including helping the 2015-16 team reach 30 wins and the second round of the NCAA Tournament. He stands out less for flash than for trust, feel, and institutional knowledge — the kind of floor general traits that usually translate into a calm, connected backcourt fit. If you value culture, loyalty, and someone who understands the standard in Little Rock, he’s a strong fit.
