Anthony Warrum was a touchdown machine for Illinois State
In the 2016 season, Anthony Warrum was one of Illinois State’s most dangerous vertical threats, finishing with 60 catches, 1,031 receiving yards, and 11 touchdowns while ranking among the MVFC’s top receivers; in his career, he became the first Redbird with multiple 1,000-yard receiving seasons and finished with 31 touchdown catches. His differentiators were explosive playmaking, elite yards-per-catch efficiency, and a proven red-zone nose for the end zone — the kind of receiver who can tilt coverage and make a quarterback look very smart.
