Texas Southern DB Joshua Brooks: veteran depth piece with little recent stat footprint
Joshua Brooks profiles as an experienced Texas Southern defensive back with size and continuity, listed at 6'0", 187 lbs and appearing on the roster as a senior in 2026; available public stat pages show no current game production, so the appeal is less about box-score dominance and more about veteran presence, depth, and positional reliability. He’s the kind of player teams value when they need steadiness in the secondary rather than flash, which makes him a fit if you want an experienced, coachable DB who can hold a role without needing the ball to find him.
