Franka Wittenberg brings efficient scoring, playmaking pop, and winning instincts to Canisius
In the 2024-25 season, Franka Wittenberg showed she can do a little bit of everything for Canisius: she earned MAAC Player of the Week honors, averaged a career-high 8.5 points per game, and led the team by shooting 36.4% from three. She also flashed real creation upside with a career-high eight assists in a game and a 26-point outburst at Saint Peter’s, which tells you she is more than a spot-up guard. Add her international background and the kind of edge that shows up on the glass, and she looks like a smart fit for teams needing toughness, spacing, and secondary playmaking.
