older-school USC back with size, toughness, and special-teams grit
Corbin Jountti is a 6-foot, 205-pound redshirt senior tailback who brings a rugged, walk-on mindset and proven special-teams value to USC, not just carry volume. In his final Northern Arizona season, he ran for 262 yards on 67 carries in 2016, and USC listed him as a reserve tailback after he transferred in with a degree already in hand. The big differentiator here is reliability: physical, team-first, and willing to do the dirty work. He fits a roster that values maturity, depth, and trenchy toughness over flash.
