Matt Hampton brings **developmental TE depth** and special-teams value for Campbell
Hampton profiles as a **depth tight end** with a useful floor thanks to game action in 2021, when he appeared in six games and was used mostly on special teams for Campbell. His main differentiator is roster flexibility: he gives a staff a willing, assignment-sound TE option who can help on kick coverage and in situational packages, even if the stat sheet is not his calling card. Based on the available roster info, he looks like a **role-player fit** rather than a headline producer, best suited for teams that value toughness, versatility, and dependable practice-to-game transfer.
