sturdy Southern Miss righty with power-pitch pedigree and upside
In the 2025 season, BrookLynn White gave Southern Miss length and bullpen versatility, appearing in 10 games and logging 17.1 innings with 9 strikeouts; as a freshman in 2024, she was used heavily in the circle with 26 appearances, 7 starts, 82 innings, 34 strikeouts, and 2 saves. She brings a legit frame at 5'11", a proven high-school pedigree as a power arm, and the kind of competitive toughness that coaches love when they need innings. The upside is real; the strikeout totals suggest bat-missing ability, but the profile still reads as a developing, work-in-progress RHP rather than a finished ace.
