Michael Okamo Lufile brings size, captaincy, and downhill linebacker energy to Alcorn State
Michael Okamo Lufile is a 6-foot-2, 235-pound linebacker for Alcorn State who was listed as a Braves captain in 2023, a strong sign of trust and leadership. In the 2023 season, he showed up on the stat sheet in the MVSU game with a tackle/half-tackle line, but his real calling card is his physical profile and on-field presence rather than flash numbers. The clearest differentiator here is intangibles: he reads like a hard-nosed, tone-setting defender who fits best with a team that values toughness, communication, and a veteran voice in the middle of the defense.
