Davis Goodwin brings a local bat-and-glove upside package to CSUB
Davis Goodwin is a redshirt freshman outfielder at Cal State Bakersfield listed at 6-foot-1, 205 pounds, and his value is still more projection than proven production in the 2026 season. He stands out as a Bakersfield native from Liberty HS with room to grow into a power-capable corner or center-field profile, but the available 2026 stats show very limited game action, so he reads more as a developmental fit than an instant-impact answer. If a team wants a young, physical outfielder with hometown grit and upside, he’s worth a close look.
