Colorado State’s depth linebacker with special-teams value
Patterson’s current profile is that of a reliable, team-first linebacker who already contributed in every game as a sophomore, mostly on special teams, with four tackles in the 2007 season[1]. That makes him the kind of low-drama roster piece coaches like: dependable, assignment sound, and willing to earn his snaps before chasing headlines[1][2]. If you need immediate depth, special-teams consistency, and a player with room to develop into a bigger defensive role, he’s a worthwhile fit.
