High School Sack Monster with Limited College Production
Zach Ritner burst onto the scene as CIF D4 Defensive Player of the Year in 2017-18 at Capistrano Valley HS, posting monster stats of 60 tackles (51 solo), 27 TFLs, and 24.5 sacks—leaping national averages by a mile with explosive pass-rush intensity and non-stop disruption. Now a senior EDGE (6-3, 240) for Hawaii Rainbow Warriors, his college output is sparse (just 1 tackle, 0 sacks per FOX Sports logs), likely due to depth chart battles or adjustment challenges, but that raw HS ferocity screams untapped potential for teams needing a high-motor rotational rusher who fits as a developmental gem.
