David Chapple is a depth receiver with special-teams value for North Texas
Chapple’s current North Texas profile points to a role player who earns trust through versatility: in the 2023 season, he appeared in seven games, mostly on special teams, and recorded two tackles, including one against UTEP. That kind of usage suggests a dependable, physical player who can help in the kicking game and stay ready for rotational snaps at receiver. If you want a plug-and-play depth piece who contributes without needing the ball to be productive, he fits the mold.
