Bailey Sample brings veteran defense and timely offense to Omaha
Sample is a dependable senior infielder who transferred from Bradley after earning 2025 All-MVC Defensive Team honors and making 89 starts over three seasons there, then arrived at Omaha as a versatile, right-handed bat with early 2026 impact at the plate. Her profile is built on steadiness, defensive reliability, and enough offensive pop to punish mistakes, making her a fit for teams that value polish, consistency, and lineup flexibility over flash.
